How do I order Motu Meals? You can order Motu Meals directly from our online menu under the Motu Meals tab. Add a meal pack and any extras, drinks, or sweets to your regular order or create a separate order for pickup. The meal packs in the order will be prepared for pickup the following Monday after we’ve freshly cooked them on Sunday, you can pickup your other food as you normally would that day. 

What if I only want a meal pack and no other food? Simply place your Motu Meals order for pickup anytime during the week - no other purchase is necessary.
 

Can I order Motu Meals for delivery? Motu Meals cannot be ordered for delivery.  However, if you’re ordering regular menu items for delivery, you can add Motu Meals to that order, and the meal pack will be prepared for pickup the following Monday for pickup. Do not place a delivery order with jsut Motu Meals on it - we will have to cancel the order. 
 

Can I order Extras, Drinks, or Sweets without a meal pack? No, add-ons like Extras, Drinks, and Sweets are only available when ordered alongside a 6-24 meal pack.

How long do the meals last? Our meals are designed to stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days when properly stored. For best results, keep them refrigerated until you're ready to reheat.

How do I reheat the meals? Our meals are ready to enjoy in just 3 minutes. Simply microwave until heated through. Reheating instructions may vary slightly by dish.

Are the meals freezer-friendly? While most meals can be frozen and thawed later, we recommend consuming them fresh for the best quality. Freezing may affect the texture of some dishes.
 

Can I customize my meals? Yes! For each meal pack, you can choose from a variety of options listed on our menu. For example:

• 6-Pack: Choose 6 meals.

• 12-Pack: Choose 6 meals, 2 of each.

• 18-Pack: Choose up to 9 meals, 2 of each.

• 24-Pack: Choose up to 12 meals, 2 of each.
   

What dietary options are available? We offer vegetarian and vegan options, such as Dal Makhani (vegan) and Saag Paneer (vegetarian). Dietary information is provided in the meal descriptions.
 

When and where do I pick up my meals? Meals are available for pickup on Mondays at our restaurant. Please double-check your order confirmation for pickup details.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Orders can be modified or canceled until the Saturday 9 PM cutoff. After this time, changes are not possible as we begin preparing your meals on Sunday.

What happens if I miss the pickup window? If you’re unable to pick up your meals on Monday, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee storage beyond the scheduled pickup day.
